New Hampshire adventure travel will take you from the north woods to local wineries, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, to sandy beaches on the lakes and Atlantic Ocean.

You may think that because of New Hampshire's size it doesn't have much to offer to the adventure traveler you would be mistaken. Small does mean that there is adventure around every corner.

The sand sculpting competition is by invitation only. This is an annual event and something you will want to check out with 15,000 dollars in prize money to the winner the competition can get heated and creative. You will wonder how someone could make something so beautiful out of just sand.

If you enjoy the culinary arts the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival is not to be missed. Providing you with treats for your tongue, ears and eyes. This festival gets over 150,000 visitors so you will need to plan ahead a little bit a great place to have a little dinner with music.
