Dr. Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary

You will have a breathtaking view of exotic flora and fauna along Mandovi.
Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary and Molem National Park
The sanctuary, which was earlier known as Molem Game Sanctuary, lies to the east of Goa. It boasts of being the largest protected area of Goa. The flora of the reserve comprises of thick forests ranging from deciduous to evergreen ones. The dense vegetation offers habitat to many wild animals and reptiles. The small dams, watchtowers and Dudh Sagar Falls are a must see here.
Bondla Wildlife Sanctuary
This wildlife sanctuary lies in the Temple belt of Goa, Ponda. The reserve is full of deciduous forests with some patches of evergreens. The state tree, Matti and the state animal, Gaur are a special attraction here. The well tended botanical gardens and formal gardens are must see here. The mini zoo inside the sanctuary is very interesting. The elephant rides offered here are quite terrific.
Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary
The boundaries of this reserve is brushed by Talpona and Galjibaga rivers. The metro dwellers will be pleased to experience the tranquility, chirping of birds, flowing of rivers. The wildlife species of the sanctuary range from birds to animals and reptiles. The Bela Lake and a ancient temple Kuskem are very interesting to see.
