Spending Family Holidays in Thailand

Holidays are one such part of a life that always tends to be merry, exciting and overall refreshing. It is something, the memoirs of which always tend to last a lifetime.

How about spending family holidays in a place that promises scenic beauties with the addition of calm and peaceful environment?

Most of us like to spend the family holidays during the end of the year, basically during the time between Christmas and New Year. So why not spend a holiday with your families in the exotic locales of Thailand.

Thailand situated in the west by the Andaman Sea of the southeast part of Asia represents exotic locales with endless things to offer for a family holiday.

The exotic beaches with crystal clear water, the theme parks, jungle safaris, historic temples and thrilling sport activities make Thailand the perfect gateway for family holidays. Add to it the terrific foods, huge shopping malls and that perfect weather.

It takes approximately five to six hours to reach Thailand from India by Air. The major airport is at Bangkok, the capital of Thailand.

SATUN

Satun, located in the southern province of Thailand, is the place where you will find various beautiful national parks and amazing beaches. One of the major attractions at SATUN is the 700-metre nine-tiered Yaroi Waterfall.

Thale Bun National park, the famous among all, is also a major tourist attraction due to its rich collection of rare wildlife animals and birds.

Another park, Ko Phetra National Park, is also a place of interest due to the formation of the Rock Castle.

KOH SAMUI ISLAND

Koh Samui, located in the northern part of Thailand, is primarily a beach resort and third largest island present in Thailand. It is famous for the 15 meters tall idol of The Big Buddha located on the on the island's Northern shore.

Angthong Marine National Park, located on the North West part of Koh Samui, is a park that can't be described in words. How beautiful a place can be? Just go and have a trip to this park and you will find the answer.

Also in Koh Samui, you will find the most famous and exciting activity of Thailand: Elephant Trekking!

U-THAI THANI

Located on the northern part of Thailand, U-Thai Thani is a place of great archaeological and historic importance. Archaeological excavations in the area reveal the presence of prehistoric people who lived and worked here. An ancient Buddhist temple known as Wat Sangkat Rattana Kiiri, inside of which a famous bronze Buddha Statue is present, is also situated in this area.

PATTAYA

Located in the eastern coastal part of Thailand, lies Pattaya, known for its dazzling and colourful nightlife.

So, don't hesitate to take you family to the magical Thailand for a holiday, the memories of which will be cherished for the entire lifetime.
